We stand behind our delivery promises. If your order arrives by the estimated delivery date, shipping is completely free. Should your order arrive even one minute past the promised time, we will automatically waive your delivery fee.
We offer full refunds in the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is broken, damaged, or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a full refund or store credit.
Incorrect Items Shipped: If we sent you the wrong product, we will promptly ship the correct item at no additional cost and reimburse any return shipping expenses.
Sustainability Discrepancies: If a product advertised as eco-friendly does not meet stated environmental standards, please notify us immediately. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
For change-of-mind returns or pre-orders that have already reached our warehouse, a small restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. This fee covers processing, inspection, and re-packaging costs. The deducted amount will be clearly communicated before you complete your return request.
To maintain our commitment to sustainability and support our artisan partners, the following items are not eligible for refund:
